Artist Mastermind Agreement

This agreement is made between Stanfield Art Associates, Inc. d/b/a Art Biz Success (“Company” or “Art Biz Success”) and “Client” (name and email below). This agreement is made between Stanfield Art Associates, Inc. d/b/a Art Biz Success (“Company” or “Art Biz Success”) and “Client” (name and email below).

Coaching with Art Biz Success facilitates the process of personal and professional development. The Client and Company agree that the coaching relationship will be designed together within the structure of the Artist Mastermind package.

By entering this relationship, Art Biz Success and Client acknowledge that the Client wants to make significant progress in their business. The Client understands that progress and change happen at rates that are unique to each individual and takes full responsibility for taking action toward their goals.

Art Biz Success and Client commit to working with each other and other members of an artist mastermind as described and outlined in the Artist Mastermind information packet.

Services to be provided by Art Biz Success and team are related to the Client's art career. They include personal, executive, business, and marketing, as designed jointly with the Client and other mastermind members. Other coaching services may include brainstorming, identifying values and plans of action, developing systems, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests. All occur within the group meetings and discussion group or one of the 3 private sessions.

The Art Biz Success team has a background in business, business systems, marketing, art museums, art history, art education, productivity and performance improvement, and coaching. The Client is aware that the coaching and mastermind relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling, any type of therapy, accounting advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

Client understand the parameters of this Program as described in the Artist Mastermind information packet. May be emailed as a reminder upon request from Client.

The Client agrees that this relationship officially begins on July 18 and continues through December 15, 2022.

The Client agrees to pay to Art Biz Success $2900 in full or $500 down + 5 payments of $480. If installment payments are preferred, they shall be paid by a recurring credit card charge as follows: every 30 days until paid in full.

The Client’s credit card remains on file. Client agrees that the credit card information will be updated as necessary from time to time and will hereby waive the right of chargeback.

The well being of the group depends on the Client’s participation, so it is expected that Client pay in full and remain through December 15. If this becomes impossible at some point, due to an emergency, Client will forfeit any payments already made.

Art Biz Success considers the future plans, business affairs, customer lists, personal information, goals, and financial information of the Client to be proprietary information. And, therefore, the Company promises that all information provided will be kept strictly confidential

Client will keep confidential and not use for commercial purposes the program materials. Client will not infringe on any Program participant’s or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights. Client agrees and understands that Art Biz Success claims its material is original and/or is used under license and Client agrees to keep that material confidential and proprietary to Art Biz Success and will not share it outside of the program without Art Biz Success’s express written permission.

Client and Art Biz Success agree to use their best efforts to achieve the desired result or goal and Client will advise within three (3) days after each session if Client believes the services were deficient; otherwise, Art Biz Success and Client agree that the session was productive and helpful in assisting Client to reach their stated goals.

Client agrees that Art Biz Success’s liability under this agreement is limited to the amount Client has paid to Art Biz Success for this program.

The Parties agree that this agreement was formed in Colorado. This agreement is binding under the laws of Jefferson County, State of Colorado, U.S.A. and Client consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction in Jefferson County, Colorado and agrees that all disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado. Client further agrees that should any dispute be brought into Court arising out of this contract or the relationship between Art Biz Success and Client, that the prevailing 
party shall be entitled to recover its attorney’s fees and costs of suit from the non-prevailing party.

This is the entire agreement between Art Biz Success and Client; it supersedes all other negotiations and discussions prior to the execution of this agreement. Client agrees that no other representations have been made by Art Biz Success to induce Client into entering into this agreement and no modification to the terms of this agreement shall be effective unless in writing signed by both parties.

This Agreement and related documents entered into in connection with this Agreement are signed when a party’s signature is delivered electronically, and these signatures must be treated in all respects as having the same force and effect as original signatures.
