Blogging from Santa Fe (and back)

P1010020Proof that I think of all my readers and subscribers even while on a girlfriends’ weekend in Santa Fe. I’m sitting in the hotel bar drinking green tea (I swear) and water while my friend, Jamie, documents our trip. She placed "Rosarita" next to me–I suppose to prove we were, indeed, in the Land of Enchantment. Otherwise, I could have been anywhere since the trusty laptop is never far away.

The good thing, which didn’t sound good at the time, was that our room didn’t have high-speed access (gasp!). But it kept my work time to a minimum and allowed me to have some R&R.

I’m back at work now. No Rosarita, but a near-empty mug of green tea at my side.

Ah, it’s good to be back.

  1. Like strangers passing in the night… I also just returned from meeting art friends in Santa Fe. Photos and details on my blog… is that not a #1 art destination? KJ

  2. Not in Santa Fe last week. However, I certainly identify with not having high speed internet access (gasp). I will shamefully admit to always trying to research the availability when traveling. How else can I keep up with my art business? Also, addicted to the connection.
