Two artworks were destroyed in separate accidents, but in the same exhibition, at the Centre Pompidou in Paris–a world-class museum. It’s such a strange and sad story.

  1. It’s sad, because it’s easy to assume that shows ad galleries and museums know how to take care of your work. I just picked a few paintings from a big show to find blutack on the surface of one and badly damaged frames. I’ve learned my lesson!
