Make Your Goals Real

After you have made SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely), take a few more steps to help make them a reality:

1) Write them down. Write them clearly and with detail. Write them so you envision and believe in them
2) Tell someone of your intentions. If you don’t have a coach to work with you on this, get a trusted friend or group of friends. Saying it out loud, sharing it with others holds you accountable.
3) Receite your goals out loud. Jack Canfield says he does this twice a day. Hasn’t hurt him so far!
