A long overdue trip to Mecca. Er, I mean the Bemis Center. Unfortunately, they didn’t have their usual exhibitions. Instead, they had all of their galleries filled with works that had been donated to a benefit auction. Impressive works! Impressive artists supporting the Bemis.
Across the street from the Bemis, the famous Jun Kaneko studio. I wrote about his studio earlier–referencing a NY Times article. Couldn’t resist taking this picture.
And then there’s the group of three marvelous women who invited me out and organized an impressive event. L to R: Kristi Pederson, Anne Nye, Moi, and Sondra Gerber.
And the fabulous Beth Turner, who helped me with my sales table during the workshop. I need a Beth for every workshop. Anyone?
