Do You Need a Marketing Foundation or a Focus on Implementation

Upon announcing my plans for the No-Excuse Art Marketing Bootcamp and the Art Biz Incubator, a number of artists have asked which option is best for them.
Only you can decide, but I can help by giving you a comparison.

In short, the Bootcamp is a class with weekly lessons online. The Incubator (at all 3 levels) provides ongoing support, accountability, and coaching.

like a class

You should sign up for the Bootcamp if . . .

  • You need to lay a foundation for your marketing. The Bootcamp covers the basic building blocks for your marketing and helps you create a plan to continually implement the groundwork you put in place.
  • You need to get back to basics with your marketing and you want to be reminded of what that means.
  • You are looking for a weekly class lesson format and the support of others through a Facebook group.
  • You would like to participate in a monthly live coaching call.

  • You enjoy listening to (or reading) a monthly interview with artists and other guests who share their business lessons.
  • You would like access to all previous interviews, worksheets, transcripts, and other business-building resources.
  • You would like to participate in a monthly live coaching call.
  • You would benefit from individual guidance from me.

  • You might enjoy all of the benefits of the Silver tier, including monthly special topics and additional coaching calls.
  • You are seeking the support of a weekly accountability buddy.
  • You are tired of the status quo and you’re ready to make a big commitment to your art business. You are ready to grow!
  • You would look forward to live, in-person meetings during a business trip or two to Colorado.
  • You would like to participate in monthly (Gold) or weekly (Emerald) coaching calls.

  1. Alyson, this is clear–and yet, for myself, I’m still confused which way to go. I think I have the systems, but maybe not. I definitely need more structure and accountability–and more than anything INCOME! I’ve taken a lot of your classes and I’m ready to roll up my sleeves. I’ve finally gotten myself into a daily painting/blog posting routine…a major breakthrough…now I want to see if I can add marketing in without a collapse of the whole thing. There are a few action steps I’ve been meaning to take for a long time, but somehow there is just always another thing that seems to take precedence…I’m hoping if I do this stuff, it will bring in some quick $, but if it doesn’t, I fear being stumped for what to try next.

  2. Hi Alyson,
I am going to do both. I know that the classes help me review and ground myself in the basics, but I know that I am ready for more weekly involvement too, and I also know that every dollar that I spend with you I get back tenfold. Thanks for your ambitious efforts this year with the new materials- really looking forward to the bootcamp and the incubator. Looking forward to a meaningful and prosperous 2013!

    1. Elaine: I’m so excited to continue working with you!
And I absolutely love hearing that you’re getting a big ROI when working with me.
