Strategic Consulting for Your Art Business

You have a body of work you believe in, a practice that’s yours, and enough experience to know what you don’t know.

What you need now isn’t another course or a checklist. You need someone who understands your specific situation: your art, your goals, and what it will actually take to move your business forward from where you are right now.

That’s what I do. Part strategic consulting, part coaching.

Strategic consulting for your art business might be the right fit if ...

  • You are dedicated to the work in the studio and are producing consistent work.
  • You have a good business foundation in place.
  • Maybe you’re stuck and unsure of your next move.
  • You feel like you have moved beyond the need to take business classes.
  • You’d like a partner to strategize with—to brainstorm, discuss ideas, and help with decisions.
  • You believe you’d work better with a little accountability.

Not only have you been instrumental in bringing my art career to a higher level of professionalism, you have also helped me to understand myself as an artist in new ways.

You are so much more than a business coach!

There are two ways we can work together 1-on-1.

Art Biz Strategy Intensive

Single 90-minute session $500

Sometimes one focused session is exactly what you need: a specific decision to make, a challenge to untangle, or an opportunity to think through before committing to it.

Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire and I’ll review relevant materials. After, you’ll have a recording of our session and a written summary of key decisions and next steps.

This is also a natural way to begin if you’re curious about working together more closely.

Strategic Momentum Consulting

6-8 month partnership packages starting at $3,500

This is deep, sustained work.

We’ll look at your business as a whole, identify what deserves your attention, and build the kind of momentum that doesn’t collapse when life gets busy.

Some artists need intensive work early on and space to implement later. Others benefit from a steady monthly rhythm throughout. We’ll design the structure that fits where you are.

If you’re ready to make this kind of commitment to your art business, I’d love to hear from you.
